Delivery Process
Our delivery process includes a handling or production time, in addition to the transit time. Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time.
Delivery Time Frame
Our standard delivery times for domestic orders depend on which timeframe you choose at checkout. International delivery times can vary based on the destination country and local customs processing.
Handling Time
All the products undergo a production process, so there will be a handling time of 1 – 2 business days.
We primarily use Evri for our deliveries. However, we reserve the right to use other courier services as required to ensure efficient delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for standard delivery within the UK is 99p. Express delivery within the UK costs up to £7. Delivery for other destinations will be shown at the time of checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Due to the perishable nature of our products, it's vital that we receive the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not refund you. This also applies to orders that are returned due to the recipient not being available for delivery. Please note: It is crucial that you provide us with the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we will not issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Packaging
Our Sea Moss products are securely packaged to maintain their freshness during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Disclaimer
As our products are freshly made to order and contain NO preservatives, it is crucial that the items are received within the FIRST attempted delivery. After the FIRST delivery attempt has been made by the courier, we take no responsibility for the condition of the item received and would be unable to provide a full refund or replacement. If any items are returned to our facility that have been deemed undeliverable or local duties have not been paid, we will not offer a refund nor replacement item.
