All sea moss products have a 3-4 week shelf life; keep refrigerated upon arrival for at least 2 hours before use and keep refrigerated at all times. the freshest and most potent is in the first 2 weeks. To extend the shelf life of your gel, freeze it into ice cubes. Sea moss can be frozen for up to 6 months. If sea moss is sealed tightly and placed at the back of the fridge where it is cooler it can last up to 4 weeks with no problem.
